We have just come back from this hotel, it was the first time ever to stay in Cockermouth and i am so glad we chose this hotel. It was a weekend away with my sisters and our children so we were nervous about it, but the staff were amazing. We had the outside Annexe rooms and they were immaculately clean and rather spacious with beautiful views. They were accomodating and very friendly. We had breakfast in the morning and there was a nice selection to choose from. The waiters were amazing too. I would highly highly recommend as the hotel is situated in a such a beautiful setting with horses just a stone throw away and surrounded by fields as far as the eye can see. We caught beautiful sunsets in the evening.. it was just out of this world. Thank you guys and i will surely be visiting again. Also located literally 10 mins away from the nearest town centre that had a good few shops, a sainsburys and some lovely places to eat.
We had a lovely family room booked at Hundith Hill hotel. The room was spacious for our family which also had a balcony. There are farm nearby, and the morning view was a mix of nature and animals, which my kids adored. We had our breakfast here and it was great.
We went for bar meal, it was absolutely delicious couldn't fault anything the staff were very friendly, we will definitely be back

Didn't stay here, but was the venue for a family get together. We had lunch and the food was excellent. The service was great and the room was full with a super atmosphere.
We had a fantastic stay at the Hundith Hill Hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully clean place to relax together. The location is stunning, with lovely views that made our trip feel even more special. Every member of staff we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning — a great selection and a lovely start to the day. Overall, we felt well looked after from start to finish and would happily return.
Absolutely amazing place. The food menu is delicious. I have tried several dishes and the quality is top notch. Rooms are clean and comfortable with beautiful views. But above all this are the staff. They are so kind, thoughtful and attentive to your needs. Thank you so much
Night stop over after Xmas party.Very comfortable room. Good evening meal, lacking extras though. No crackers ,no coffee and petit fours. Breakfast ok.Overall good value.
